Hey there, so I recently upgraded my entire PC, and since doing so certain games that used to work fine for me in VR now open only in a window on my desktop while the Vive displays the standard loadscreen, games such as Blade and Sorcery, Phasmophobia, IL-2, and some others. Other titles load into the headset just fine. I've spent a few hours going through similar forum posts, but none of the solutions offered seem to work. Thus far I have:
Enabled Direct Mode
Updated Nvidia drivers
Reinstalled Steam VR
Reinstalled Vive drivers and Viveport
Factory reset the headset
Enabled and disabled Steam VR Beta
Reset headset in Steam VR Settings
Updated windows drivers
Uninstalled Asus Ai Suite
Specs:
Asus ROG STRIX B650E-E Gaming Wifi
AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
Gskill Trident Z 2X16g ddr5
Asus ROG STRIX Nvidia GTX 4060 ti 16g
Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 2tb M.2
One point of note: The Vive headset is not showing up as a display adapter in either the display settings on desktop or in my Nvidia control panel. I've seen some posts mention checking there, but I don't recall ever seeing it in there. Like I said previously, on my old desktop all of these titles worked perfectly fine.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated
