The device is being powered by a USB cable, not by its battery. In the settings, it's configured to enter sleep mode after 10 minutes, but even after leaving it untouched for an entire day, it does not enter sleep mode and the display remains on. There's nothing covering the sensor that detects when the headset is being worn. Is there any solution to this issue?
