Technical Support (EU) - how fast

how much I had to communicate with international companies, I always get the answer quickly but not this time from Technical Support of European Union. I did not ger answer via chat although I have tried several time on the same day. Then I decided to contact via email (I left message) but also nothing. How many days people need to wait for your answer? And what is needed  the chat then if the specified time is not possible to contact all day... A little unfortunate,because from other companies you can get an answer immediately or the next working day.
Despite the fact a big thanks Technical Support of US because they immediately answer via chat when I wrote for them and they offered to contact EU support due to my question.
