Vive trackers keeps off setting and losing tracking.

So, I have a full body that I use every time when I get on VR, but I do want to point out that I know it isn't my base station because of I have 4 of them tracking me constantly so I know it has to do with the dongles. I use a USB hub for it and they are all 3.0 USB. I have to go in my developer option every time for Steam VR and restart VR, reinstall drivers, disable power management, and re-pair all of my dongles again for precise tracking. There were cases sometimes that my controller would pair up with the dongle which causes absurd tracking and not my headset. I wish there was an easier way I can eliminate this problem without having to go to the developer setting and doing all of that.
