Calebsdream Posted December 27, 2021 Share Posted December 27, 2021 I've just ordered a VIVE PRO and one of the base station won't detect it only blinks red. I've just opened the box so it came out of the box not working. I've tried all the troubleshooting solutions yet nothing helps with getting it to work. Note the serial number from the top left corner of the back of the affected base station contact support via https://developer.vive.com/resources/vive-sense/srworks-sdk/download/latest/ Sometimes this happens when the unit becomes damaged during transit to you - it's most likely covered by warranty in your case.
