LordGreener Posted February 7, 2022 Posted February 7, 2022 Hi, I'm a developer and I'm currently working on a second version of a published game. It should be easy, but I don't find how to remove my game from being published on VivePort. I'll put it back when the next version will be ready in a month or two. Best regard, L
HackPerception Posted February 7, 2022 Posted February 7, 2022 @LordGreener Contact your Viveport Content Team Account manager if you have one, otherwise submit a request here https://service.viveport.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Each delisting process gets executed individually because a store listing is linked up to multiple backend and frontend systems.
LordGreener Posted February 9, 2022 Author Posted February 9, 2022 (edited) Thank you for you quick answer. When I click on the website you provided, it said that the "website can't be reached" Error_http2_rotocol_error. Is the website down or something? I have the viveport game key, don't know if it could help. Edited February 9, 2022 by LordGreener
Amanda Ross Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 To remove a game from Viveport, you can follow these steps: Open the Viveport desktop app on your computer. Click on the "Library" tab located at the top of the app. Locate the game you want to remove and hover your mouse over the game's icon. Click on the three dots that appear in the top right corner of the game's icon. Click "Uninstall" from the dropdown menu that appears. A pop-up message will appear asking if you are sure you want to uninstall the game. Click "OK" to confirm. The game will be uninstalled from your computer and removed from your Viveport library.
