Running VIVE Focus 3 and Cosmos on the same PC

Has anyone had success running the VIVE Cosmos and VIVE Focus 3 form the same PC?  I'm not using them at the same time, but first, I had installed the Focus 3 to my PC and it was working fine with the VIVE Business Streaming App.  Next, I needed to use the Cosmos to complete some work, and I installed the VIVE Console App to make that work (along with VIVE Port).  Now, the Cosmos is working fine, but I can't seem to make the VIVE Focus to work any more because the VIVE Business Streaming App simply won't launch.  I've tried reinstalling VIVE Business Streaming, but it just won't launch.  Appreciate any suggestions you may have.
