CaptainKoloth
I tried installing the Viveport update today on Windows 10. I immediately got a BSOD and a message saying I had a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and the failure was in win32kfull.sys. It won't let me use it without updating so my paid subscription is now unusable. Synthesis
Can you uninstall and reinstall the entire software package? Or have you tried that already? Thanks, -John C

Synthesis
You may want to go through windows update and run a chkdsk. It sounds like a sys file may have been corrupted. If you can do a system restore to an earlier point, try that as well. Are you using any anti-virus programs?Thank you, -John C
CaptainKoloth
Did that, found no problems. I run Norton. The problem only occurs when I try to run the Viveport update. Norton did not flag anything.
