Massic frame stutters with vive pro and rtx3080

Hey everyone , I recently comandeered a mint condition hrv vive pro from work recently and got it all plugged in and mostly up and running. One of the steamvr base stations wasn't working so I have a replacement coming soon. Currently I'm using it with base station right in front of me at the moment. I have everything plugged in and updated and everything looks good when I get into steam home VR, the second I launched a game all the purple lines on the latency graph shoot up to Max even though it looks like my actual latency score is lower than the recommended level, causing massive stutters with the headset that has it mostly unplayable. Steamvr pic
