VIVE Focus 3 + Unity 2020.3 issues with materials/shaders not rendering

There's a number of materials/shaders that do not render in the VIVE Focus 3 build, but we've had no trouble with in the past in our PC or Quest 2 builds. We are using the same Quality and Graphics settings. Not sure if it's something that can be solved with adjusting the project settings. We are using the built-in render pipeline, screenshots of our settings and the material/shader in question are below.
