Can I get the raw data (position and orientation) from HTC vive tracker via some APIs? How many trackers can I get the data in the same time?

Hello guys, does there anyone know how to get the raw data (position and orientation) from vive tracker via some APIs such as openVR? And if I can, how many trackers can I get the data in the same time?

I find a tutorial teaching how to get the raw data from headset and controllers: https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/1171122/How-to-Get-Raw-Positional-Data-from-HTC-Vive. But I am not sure if I can do the same thing on the vive trackers since I haven't got them
