Norman Tyler Posted June 10, 2017 Share Posted June 10, 2017 Inmy error I have manged to have multiple accounts on HTC Vive with the same email address as I logged in with Facebook and then Steam, I also have 2 Viveport subscription but I think managed to delete the one linked to Facbook, is there anyone here that can advise how to merge the accounts or do I delete everything and start again? jagibson Posted June 10, 2017 Share Posted June 10, 2017 There is no way to merge the accounts unfortunately. Do you have content purchased (outside of the subscription) on both accounts? One the Vive software, log out and log back in using the authentication method that you prefer to make primary (sounds like your preference is using your steam account and not facebook) just to confirm you are engaaging with the correct account.
