My Deluxe head strap, left head phone wont stay clicked against my ear. is there a fix ?

I just Received my deluxe Headstrap the other day , Im so very excited to finally be comportable using the Vive , but the left Head phone wont stay clicked against my left ear . if i push super hard against my ear it will click into place but after about 1 min of play time it unclicks outward . is there a adjustment i can do or do i have to return for The headstrap for  warranty ?

Can you both PM me and send me pictures of the headstrap connector on the headstrap and the side of the HMD that's giving you trouble?

Can I get another staff member to help me out on this?  I was working with  on getting this replaced, but I haven't heard from them in over a week and they haven't responded to my requests for updates.
