Never received shipping notification, order history still says "In Process". I was able to redeem the two Viveport apps, but no email on the Star Trek Bridge Crew redemption - which is why I bought the Vive to begin with! I've contacted chat a couple times; first time they said I "technically" had one more day, no email, second time, it's processed by a "special team" and that it's "in queue", still no email.
