Missing Streaming Plugin for Steam

I have a build of a project that streams to my focus 3 and is working fine with my main dev PC.  I now wish to try this build on another PC.  Steam, SteamVR and Vive Business Streaming are all installed (as per my main dev PC) However it appears that the plugins are not being detected in Steam; namely "htc_business_streaming". Where can they be found?

Disregard. It was found once Advanced settings was selected.

Just in case anyone else comes across this issue of not going in to full VR mode when running, as in my case, a Unity3D build.  After spending more hours than I care to admit I ended up spending a further hour wiping Windows and reinstalling everything from scratch.
And then it worked.
#Weird.
