Collecting user eye movement data during the dynamic process

I want to use HTC VIVE PRO EYE to collect user eye movement data.
I thought of two ways, one is to import the video for the user to watch, and the other is the user's own control, stopping every 5 meters to watch the surrounding environment. Both of these ways are collecting data in a dynamic process.

I would like to ask, can both ways collect the user's eye movement data? Are both ways feasible? If the data is collected, is there any corresponding software to analyze the data? Do you have any good suggestions?
