laptop don't see HTC Vive Pro headset

Hello, today ive got new HTC Vive Pro VR kit. and when im trying connect to my laptop it shows me error 213 https://ibb.co/yF0QSc9 

my laptop:

Asus Tuf DASH F15 FX516PR-HN002T

RTX 3070ti max-q

40GB DDR4 RAM

i7-11370H

I dont have displayport on my laptop, only hdmi and thunderbolt 4, so i connected my vive pro through dp->type-c adapter (i have 2 of them, 1 "noname, i bought it for my second 35inch 2k 165hz external gaming monitor, second one is Kiwibird https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01EPU7R4M?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details") and anyway i cant get image and recieving this error msg. When im trying to setup VR through viveport - it stucks on step 4 and laptop cant detect gheadset https://ibb.co/vQgd47g

Steam VR always saying "Laptop: Headset display disconnected. please make sure your cables are securely connected.........."

on same laptop i used HTC Vive and they worked perfectly without any problem. also i tried connect my new Vive pro to other VR ready laptop - same situation. any ideas how i can fix it?
