VIVE PRO2 wired does not tracked

Hello

I used Vive Pro2 with wireless adapter about 1.5years.

Last week I removed the wireless and connect with original vive pro2 cable.

After that, My headset does not operate. Only Grey screen displayed on the headset and grey Base station on SteamVR.

I sent my headset to official service center and they said it's OK.

I bought new cable from HTC official store and it does not work.

Formatted my PC and clean install, not work.

remove all USB device and install vive only, not work.

Buy New usb pci card, not work.

Switch channel of base station, not work.

Base station wired sync, not work.

Cover all reflect area and turn off all light(IR also), not work.

When I re-install wireless adapter, IT WORKS NORMALLY.

BUT, return to wired, not work.

When I turn on Vive controller, it tracked normally, BUT HMD DOES NOT. only controller tracked.

Sometime when i start steamvr, HMD tracked and base station icon Green. but when i put it on, it lost tracking.

smtime Error MSG displayed : too many base station.

When I shutdown Steam VR, my pc stopped randomly. and when I turn off link box, pc works.

I cannot understand this situation.

Base station is the problem? then why it works normally when wireless reinstalled or only with controller?

 

I have this MSG continuously when my HMD not tracked.

My setting

AMD 7800X3D

nvidia 4090 (latest driver)

64G ram

2 monitors (DP x 1, HGMI x 1)

Windows 10 home (latest update)

Vive pro2 hmd (1.5 yeays old)

Base station 1.0 x 2 (4 years old)

Vive controller 1.0 (4 years old)

I also got these MSG on SteamVR console.

Only 1 base station turned on, set Ch.A.

Ok. Yesterday I Pulled out HDMI for test.

Now It works.

When I plugged in HDMI cable, does not work.

I played without HDMI for 2 hours, still fine.

I need 2 monitors when im working. 

My HDMI monitor is about 10 years old.

Should I buy New monitor which support DP connection?

I'm in a similar situation to you

Will disconnecting the HDMI cable resolve?
There are quite a few programs that work weirdly when connecting the HDMI cable. I don't know, but maybe it's because it's not compatible with Amd Cpu
