Tracker 3.0 Vive Cosmos Elite calibration error

I'm from Poland. I'm writing through a translator, so please be understanding.

 

I have a problem calibrating Tracker 3.0 for Vive cosmos elite hardware.
The trackers are connected, SteamVR detects them, they glow green, the controllers and Google too. Tracker 3.0 is visible in the goggles, but when I want to calibrate with the "OVR advanced setting" program, the program does not start when I turn it on via VR. When I run the program via the desktop with the mouse, the program starts but I cannot calibrate because it does not see Tracker 3.0
