Vive Pro 1 controller not working in a few games

I'm setting up a school media lab. We have Vive Pro 1 (just unboxed) and recently unboxed PCs (Win 10) with RTX 3080. I noticed that the controller was not responding in some games or app.

Controller did not work in:

* Google Earth
* Open Brush (Sometimes I can see controllers in VR but frozen in mid air, sometimes I don't even see controllers)
* POI: VR Dance
* theBlu

Controllers worked in:

* Mona Lisa
* Gravity Sketch
* VR Chat
* Anyland

I've updated the firmware on all devices. Restarted streamVR and the computer several times. Nothing worked. Any suggestions?
