OpenXR Facial Tracking - Legal agreement(s) no longer applicable?

Hi there VIVE team!

I am just starting to dip my toes into face & eye tracking development with the Vive Pro Eye, and I see the (now deprecated?) VIVE Eye and Facial Tracking SDK was provided with usage terms, and I believe also rolled Tobii's license agreement / data transparency policy into those terms.

Now that development has migrated over to OpenXR, and to my understanding no license agreement is signed when targeting the OpenXR API, are there any terms or restrictions of use when developing an application which includes support for the OpenXR HTC facial tracking API hooks?
