Do we still need SR_Runtime to get eye tracking data?

Since OpenXR PC VR Plugin updated to 2.0.0 and the SR_Runtime is in the "Open XR for PC VR(Legacy)" section. I am wondering do we still need the SR_Runtime to get the eye tracking data from HTC vive pro eye?  Because I connected the HTC Vive pro eye to the computer and followed all the instructions but the SR_Runtime was always not active. I didn't disable the eye tracking, so it only means my HTC Vive pro eye is not supported eye tracking which is not. So can anyone help me about this issue? Thanks very much.
