dahoon
VIVE team, hello I'm using a HP ZBOOK workstation VIVE Pro2 Full-kit Can't Connect to Laptop I looked for a way, but it didn't work out. The base station installation, power input, and headset link box according to the guide were all checked for green lamps. I connected to a graphic card called RTX A2000 and a DP ALT-enabled C-type terminal, but nothing happens. I tried to turn off UHD graphics, changed the NVIDA setting to high performance, and finally changed the VIVE Console to beta. Is there anything I haven't done?? I really want to connect to this laptop... Please help me Everyone..

VIVE_chengnay
Hi @dahoon, Green means normal mode and which should be working. Could you check device manager if Vive Pro 2 is detected when it is plugged in?
