Can I get the controller's real-time position information with just a station and controller without a headset? (in windows app)

Hello, I'm trying to develop s/w that controls robots using a vive controller.

Can I get the controller's real-time position information with just a station and controller without a headset?

and What sdk and what products should I buy to implement this function?
As far as I know, I think I need one vive controller, two stations, and a tracker, do I need to buy a headset as well?
