vive htc how do I download the vive htc 2016 setup?

Hey everyone,

A friend of mine got a new VR headset for christmas and gave his old Vive htc 2016 to me. Now i want to install the whole thing and according to the "Get Started" sheet that comes with the headset, I am supposed to download the setup software on the website, but I cant seem to find my version of the headset! How do I download the Vive software? Do I even have to install anything since it is an older version? I'm new to VR headsets, so I'm a little confused and I dont want to install 18GB for a software when its not even the right version (Like Pro, Cosmos, Flow etc.). Can anybody help me?

hi, I have the same headset as you, and I only install steam, then steam vr, then you configure the games room and that's it.😅
