Balgias Posted August 21, 2017 Share Posted August 21, 2017 For the past 2 months I've been back and forth between the live chat and waiting, and I'm rather done with it at this point, I don't know if any of the reps here in the forums care any more than the lazy bums in the live chat but I've had to send my controller back to them not even 3-4 days after using it when part of the thumb pad button stopped pressing in and they've been giving me non-answers to the delays for weeks and weeks now.
