2 month old controller repair issue

For the past 2 months I've been back and forth between the live chat and waiting, and I'm rather done with it at this point, I don't know if any of the reps here in the forums care any more than the lazy bums in the live chat but I've had to send my controller back to them not even 3-4 days after using it when part of the thumb pad button stopped pressing in and they've been giving me non-answers to the delays for weeks and weeks now.

I really want a solution to this issue, if this goes on for a third month with the lack of communication or info from the company- and the unduely long " service repair " is seemingly begginning to warrant legal action.
