Missing redeem code button on vive port.

Using the same email that I got the vive redemption email with to log in.

I take that back Im not logging in with the same email im logging in with my steam account. But when I try to log in with my email it tells me "the email adress or password you have entered is incorect"So I used the recover password button and it says an account with my email doesnt exist.

Also, the redeem content button is located in the Viveport desktop client and not in the browser version.

The vive port desktop client is supposed to be a part of ViveSw right? I never got a desktop shortcut and while looking in the vivesetup folder it installed I dont see any viveport launcher. I imagine its supposed to be in the PCClient folder which only has a installog text file.

When I search my comp for "vive" all that comes up is "vive dashboard" which launches SteamVR as far as I can tell. Do I enter my codes somewhere within the vive?

The Viveport client is installed under the name "Vive". You may not have the client installed if you don't see "Vive". You can install it via this link. Once you access the client, you will see a "redeem code" option in the dropdown.

I deleted the folder"ViveSetup" in c:\Program Files(x86) then reinstalled the ViveSw and it correctly installed all the files in PCClient folder.
