Poor Experience with HTC and Vive

Purchased a new HTC Vive which was delivered defective. The HDMI part of the 3-1 cable did not work. Installing the base units was a challenge (my walls rather than a HTC issue) and as returing the headset meant sending the whole unit back I decided to purchase the 3-1 cable. Purchase was easy, but no shipping email recieved upto the 4th working day after ordering. I have now cancelled the order and will try to return the headset for good as I'm really dissappointed with HTC. Recieving a failed item happens, however the Customer Service levels from HTC is not good enough. Of course this issue is the reason I will try to avoid purchasing from HTC again.
