First of all I would like to ask what is the difference between u_ELeaderboardDataDownloadGlobal and u_ELeaderboardDataDownloadLocal? Is local just some Leaderboard created on user's PC? I haven't found any information about it. Secondly is there any way to download scores for user and his friends only? And finally is there any way to populate Leaderboards with some test users?
