Bundled games in new Vive

Hi everyone. My husband seems to have lost the email with the code to download the bundled games that are part of the purchase. Anyone know where to go to get help with this?

I have a similar issue, i activated the code while i was downloading a vr game. When the download was done, i started playing the game and left viveport open on my pc. When i came back to it, it had timed out (or something similar) and didnt get my code. Now, everytime i try to redeem my code, it says it has already been activated. i still have the code that came in the vive's box.

how can i redeem my games now?
