downloads

Hi. I downloaded 4 games from subscription, one per day because they're so slow. when I started to download my 5th game, all four previous games started to re-download as well as the new one. When I realised what was happening I stopped the downloads of the first four. they now require 'updates', full re-downloads!! 

    I find this an unacceptable drain on my time and download quota. I havn't seen this problem on the forum so has anyone else had this problem and how can it be avoided or fixed?

I can't say we've run across this issue before. Is your connection speed otherwise normal? It's just Vive software that's running slow? Check any anti-virus or security software that might be interfering as well.
