Dont buy the audio strap.

I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with the Deluxe Audio Strap. If you're willing to let me, I'd be happy to help. I haven't seen this happen before, so I'm a bit surprised but I think we can get this fixed. Is that a standard consumer Vive or a Vive Pre? Have you contacted support to submit an RMA ticket? If so, could you please PM me the number so I could investigate?
