Does anyone pick up customer support emails...?

I've been waiting 24 hours without so much as a "we got your email, we'll contact you directly" type response. It's more infuriating hearing nothing.

I'm already annoyed that this is the second serious hardware problem I've had in less that a year. First headset, now base unit.

Not good HTC vive...
