MultiVR.se won't finish download

I added MultiVR.se to my subscription apps and I have successfully downloaded all the other apps I subscribed to but MultiVR.se gets to 99% and effectively stops downloading.  It just sits there showing 0.03MB/s at 99% but never finishes.  I have canceled, paused and restarted the download all the while downloading other apps in-between pauses.  Any thoughts here?
