Vive base station in repair since 6/26/17.

I sent my base station in for repair on 6/26/17. Got a ticket number and everything.

It went through the whole process on repair tracking until return device. The original ticket shows shipped on 7/17/17 with no tracking number or status. 

On the same day I received another email with a new ticket number and no updates since it's been opened.

I contacted VIVE Technical Support via chat on 9/13/17 and was assured they had not lost my base station. I have not received any updates since.


I am hoping to find some assistance here, getting tired of waiting.
