Terrible Customer Service on a Brand New Unit

I purchased a Vive from the website that was completely dead on arrival.  One base station would just not fire up at all.  The customer service representative was kind enough to inform that they would be happy to repair my unit and it would take 7-10 business days.  So not only will I not have my Vive for the holiday break which was the whole reason I purchased it... I also now get to have a refurbished unit because it is 14 days after the purchase date.  So the 700 purchase I made which never worked out of the box is now going to be a refurb and a huge pain to get set up.  


Great job Vive!!!  Killing it with the customer service!
