I ordered my Vive through the official website last friday and received a receipt through paypal and an order confirmation which had my order number but not my order password. Since then I have received no other emails and all atempts to check my order status or reset the password have failed. Over the past two days I've tried several times to contact customer support and received no replies. Heidi1 Posted December 21, 2017 Share Posted December 21, 2017 I'm in the same situation. The shipping label printed on 12/12/17. Customer service gave me a case number.
