HackPerception
HI , There are a couple of things that could be happening here as error 208 is an error message that covers a broad range of issues. How are you connecting your linkbox to your GPU? Are you using any from of adapter to connect your linkbox to your GPU (such as a DVI-> HMDI adapter)? These tend to not be very compatible. Another issue may be that window's is placing your Vive into an "extended" mode rather than "direct" mode which basically means that it attempts to extend windows onto your Vive rather than using it as a standalone display. What GPU are you using? Updating the drivers may help as well as ensuring that you're plugged into a USB 2.0 port rather than a 3.0 port (which are blue as opposed to black). hanuntguy360
Hi, no adapter, direct from the link box to the hdmi on the graphics card and I'm also using the blue USB port. There is a message box every time saying stream first time run, this never completes as a Windows message comes up saying can't find file location, will find a screenshot. Thanks nvidia 1060x 6gb

Synthesis
You're running as Administrator right? It looks like a Windows files permissions/access issue. Thanks, -John C
