no redeemed games

I recently acquired a vive and redeemed the code to receive my titles. I created an account and chose the option of which titles I wanted to receive. I then selected the "redeem all titles" option but it did not redeem any of the 3 titles I was supposed to be given. I then manually entered the code for one of the titles and it worked successfully however my browser crashed after this and I lost the page. The 2 remaining titles are not in my vive library and the code no longer works again. I received google tilt brush successfully but I know fallout 4 VR and one other title I forgot the name of should be in my vive library but are not. I understand that it is my fault for not simply copying the other codes but there must be some way for me to get the games i was promised with my vive.
