No Fallout 4 VR code in box

Just got my Vive winter bundle from the official website and don't see a Fallout 4 VR code in the box. Could I get some help?

Fallout 4 VR can be redeemed via the bundle code. It's printed on the card buried in the box. Follow the instructions on the card and you'll get your games.

Thank you.  I understand there is supposed to be a card in the box.  I can assure you, I have opened every flap, panel, package, flipped though every page of every manual.  It is not present.

I redeemed my code for Fallout 4 VR and got.... nothing. The purchase was in early December but I was unable to redeem the code until just this week. Now I have some random things but neither of the games that were advertised in the package. Can someone help?
