I would recommend contacting our Live Chat support for your region and giving them your order number. They should be able to look up your order and give you an idea on when it will be shipped or if it already shipped, what the tracking number is so you can see when the ETA is supposed to be. https://www.vive.com/sg/support/contactus You may have already received a shipping confirmation email, so be sure to check your email folders including the spam folder in case you missed it.
