veggie Posted January 12, 2018 Share Posted January 12, 2018 My VIVE stopped working in December and I created a tech support but somehow (could of been my fault) ended up dealing with EU customer support. They responded promptly each time but after going through all kinds of troubleshooting they said I need to send it back for repairs, only I would need to create a new ticket for US support.
