no update to repair tracking

The post office says the stuff i sent in for repair arrived but when i check vives repair tracking it does not say they received it. It simply says they the request is initiated, is this normal? im worried that the ticket will be closed after some time of them not updating this.

Currently, that is normal. The tracking tool isn't properly synched with the service center so it doesn't update. That doesn't mean repairs aren't being done! If you're still worried, PM me with your RMA ticket number and I'll take a look, but keep in mind, we expect 7-10 business days for the total turn around time.
