Vinccente Posted January 24, 2018 Share Posted January 24, 2018 The post office says the stuff i sent in for repair arrived but when i check vives repair tracking it does not say they received it. It simply says they the request is initiated, is this normal? im worried that the ticket will be closed after some time of them not updating this.
