obo6457 Posted February 5, 2018 Share Posted February 5, 2018 I sent my Vive base station in for repairs on the 14th of December, and received an email from support telling me the cost and asking if it was OK to proceed with the repair. I replied and said it was, then on the 15th of January I receive my base station back, still with the fault, with an email saying that I did not reply. This is clearly not true.
