VR is able to run but once in front of the faulty station tracking stop and a grey screen is displayed. Today my Vive has a total runtime of less than 100 hours with careful utilization. I'm upset to already have a problem. I have bought a expensive VR headset expecting well-built material, quality in use and quality customer care. I've tried to contact vive support for a week but i've got no answer from them. I want to repair it. I am ready to ship the base station or go somewhere near my location to solve this. Regards, Phil.
