Tekky
I've submitted several tickets in the last 2+ weeks asking to RMA my Vive controller (the pad is clunky and barely responsive) to no avail. Why is no one at HTC Vive Canada responding to tickets? It's really frustrating as I sell HTC Vive where I work, should I lie to people and tell them they come with a manufacturer warranty when I personally know this to be untrue so far? I've worked in doing RMA for years now, this is ridiculous.

Synthesis
We are closed on the weekends, yes. The expected turned around time on an RMA is currently 10-20 business days. Thanks, -John C
Tekky
If anyone at the Canada support branch is reading this could you please look into Ticket Number [personal information removed], I sent the e-mail on March 2 at 11AM. I've literally been trying to get an RMA number since the first week of Feb, so a month has gone by and still no luck.

Tekky
Turns out the retailer I bought it from is not an authorized third-party re-seller, too bad it took me 2+ months to find this out because 2 months is too long for the retailer to take it back. Please HTC, put a list of authorized sellers in Canada on your website.
