ScifiGuy Posted March 7, 2018 Share Posted March 7, 2018 My VTC Vive has been working w/o any issues for about 8 months. now, everything comes up normally when i start a game. as soon as i hit a button, both paddles stop tracking and flash on the screen. if i identify a paddle, it tracks again. then both boxes go out. if i turn them off/on then they’re back. eventually, the headset stops tracking. i reset that and the sequence starts over. i’ve reset VR, rebooted computer, etc. nothing works. any ideas? Synthesis Posted March 7, 2018 Share Posted March 7, 2018 Well, if everything was working for months then it stands to reason that something must have changed. Do you know when this started occuring? Any changes to your hardware or software recently that might be related? Does this occur in all games? What about SteamVR Home or the "loading area" if you have SteamVR home disabled?
