Vive support - more than one month without response

I've had a ticket opened on January 21 (more than a month ago) for a unresposive headset. They said they will "contact me soon". Still nothing. Meanwhile, I got a dead HTC vive on my hand, paid a useless yearly subscription to VIVEport and I'm not very happy. Anyone else in that situation?
