VoidVR Posted March 26, 2018 Share Posted March 26, 2018 I have just received a error from Steam VR saying that one of my base stations has developed an internal problem (Fault 02) and shows another code 10009? What do I do? I'm currently working on a VR game for Steam so I won't be able to send the base station back, so I'm hoping this can be fixed with an update or something? Thanks! Synthesis Posted March 26, 2018 Share Posted March 26, 2018 Unfortunately, that indicates a hardware failure with one of the internal rotors. It will require it be returned for servicing.
