JustinVive Posted March 27, 2018 Share Posted March 27, 2018 Hey Nima, You seemed to have received a Focus device before Jan 10, 2018. It is using a months old ROM version. Have you tried the solution given here - http://community.viveport.com/t5/Vive-Wave-SDK/Focus-Firmware-Updates/gpm-p/12671 ? First off, make sure that your device battery is >35%. There should not be any issue in jumping from ROM version .25 to .28 and then .28 to .30 through FOTA update. However, there was an issue with jumping from .30 to 1.00.
